On behalf of our Partner, a well-established Environmental Consulting services company, we are seeking an experienced Technical Designer to participate in a significant 2-year project with the possibility of extension of 1 year. The project is located to Ptolemaida area and offers an excellent opportunity for professional development in a dynamic environment.
The firm has a leading role in the sector of environmental management as, through its projects, it has significantly contributed to the improvement of the quality of services in the field.
The main duties of this role include:
- Creation and continuous updating of technical designs for the assets of the Project Authority for rehabilitation (buildings/facilities, electrical/mechanical equipment, land, machinery) in Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS or QGIS), with existing and new data.
- Creation of GIS reports (2D & 3D).
- Physical presence at the facilities in Ptolemaida.
Qualifications include:
- Degree in technical design from a Technological Educational Institute or Institute of Vocational Training.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical design of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Completion of military service for male candidates.
Nice to have:
- Background in technical design for rehabilitation activities in mining/quarrying projects.
- Experience with 3D visualization software (e.g., Geomagic Design X, Global Mapper).
