On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sustainability & ESG Officer to join the firm’s Corporate Affairs team.

The role reports directly to the Corporate Affairs Executive Director and offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the company’s sustainability strategy and ESG agenda, with exposure to senior leadership and group-level initiatives.

The role includes active involvement in sustainability reporting and ESG strategy implementation at both company and group level.

This position is suited to professionals who wish to develop their career within a corporate ESG function, supporting and coordinating initiatives while contributing to long-term impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual Sustainability Report, including data collection, validation and collaboration with external partners
  • Support the materiality assessment process and ESG topic prioritization
  • Monitor ESG regulatory developments (e.g. ESRS, CSRD) and translate them into business-relevant actions
  • Contribute to the integration of sustainability into corporate strategy and operations
  • Support the development of ESG-related policies, KPIs and internal tools
  • Drive internal awareness initiatives related to sustainability (e.g. energy efficiency, waste management, inclusion, ethics)
  • Coordinate CSR initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external ESG partners

 

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Sustainability / ESG-related roles
  • Hands-on experience in sustainability reporting (e.g. GRI or similar frameworks)
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks (ESRS, TCFD, SASB, SDGs or similar)
  • Experience in project coordination and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English
