On behalf of our client, a dedicated healthcare provider based in the Southern Suburbs of Athens, we are seeking a friendly and organized Reception & Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a positive attitude, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Manage appointments via phone, email, and in person.
  • Match patients with the most suitable physiotherapist depending on their needs.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and payments.
  • Maintain and update the ERP/CRM systems
  • Process orders and manage office supplies.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of previous experience in a similar administrative or reception role, ideally in the healthcare sector, but not exclusively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and caring personality, someone who genuinely cares about people and enjoys helping others.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in a medical or physiotherapy environment will be an advantage.
