Junior Salesforce Developer

Company: Robin Consulting
Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece
Job Type: Full Time
Starting Date: ASAP

Career In Progress is a Career Management & Recruiting Company offering boutique talent acquisition and HR consulting services for organizations and businesses across Greece and abroad.

On behalf of our client, Robin, a high-performance Salesforce consulting and product development company, we are looking for a motivated Junior Salesforce Developer to join their growing engineering team in Athens.

Robin combines the agility of a startup with the technical excellence of a specialized consulting firm. Their work sits at the intersection of engineering, cloud platforms, and enterprise problem-solving — and they invest heavily in growing new developers into true experts.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate or early-career developer with strong programming fundamentals who wants to build a long-term career in one of the most in-demand tech fields globally.

This role is also a perfect gateway for experienced developers looking for a strategic career change. If you have a background in software engineering (e.g., Java, .NET), but are looking for a sector with higher demand and faster growth, Robin provides the training bridge to transfer your proven coding skills into the elite world of Salesforce engineering.”

Why Join Robin?

If you’re looking for a place where your work matters, your growth is real, and you learn directly from top engineers, Robin is exactly that environment.

Here’s what makes them stand out:

  • A real engineering team, not a support function
  • You’ll work on end-to-end software implementations for enterprise clients — designing, developing, testing, and deploying real applications on the world’s leading cloud platform.
  • A structured, 3-month training journey
  • You don’t need Salesforce experience. Robin will teach you.
  • You’ll receive personalized coaching from the CTO & Technical Lead, guided learning paths, real project exposure, and
  • Full support to earn the Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • High-performance mentorship

Robin is a lean team. That means:

– everyday collaboration

– fast feedback loops

– visibility

– real ownership from early on

No bureaucracy, no endless layers — just solid engineering.

A career path in a premium technology ecosystem

Salesforce developers are in global demand with one of the strongest career and salary trajectories in tech. In Robin, you enter that world properly: with depth, standards, and discipline.

What You Will Do:

After your initial training, you will contribute to Salesforce implementation projects for enterprise clients (no customer-facing responsibilities initially).

You will:

  • Build UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Work with data models, business logic, and custom automation
  • Solve real business problems through clean, maintainable code

  • Collaborate closely with the CTO and Senior Developers

What You Need to Bring:

Strong Programming Foundations — Mandatory

  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
  • Knowledge of inheritance and encapsulation
  • Experience with Java, C#, or C++
  • At least one real coding project (university, personal, or work)

You need to feel comfortable writing queries with joins and subqueries

Web Fundamentals:

  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Any front-end or full-stack project is a strong plus
  • Experience with Vue is a bonus (conceptually close to LWC)
  • Version Control
  • Practical experience with Git

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not required, but great to see):

  • Experience with LWC or front-end frameworks
  • Knowledge of REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Apex frameworks (e.g., fflib)
  • CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset)
  • Middleware / ETL tools
  • Exposure to Salesforce APIs

Education:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics
  • Delayed graduation is acceptable if justified through work, internships, or significant projects
  • High-quality college graduates will also be considered if technically strong

Other useful informations:

  • Performance driven salary progression
  • Permanent contract
  • Hybrid model: 3 days in Robin’s Athens office
  • Annual performance reviews
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Certification costs fully covered (Salesforce PD1)
  • Clear career progression toward mid-level developer roles and continuous learning support.
