Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Project Management or Hydraulic Engineering / Water Resources Management.
- Experience in the construction or design of sewerage or water supply networks.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in public works.
- Experience in the construction or operation of sewerage or water supply networks.

- University or Technical Education Institute (AEI/TEI) degree.
- ECDL certification.
- Proof of good knowledge of the English language (B2 level).
